Ashley Morgan Bloom
Founder & CEO
Ashley Morgan Bloom is a professional actress, a member of the Screen Actors Guild, and the founder and CEO of Bloom Performing Arts. She has taught improvisation, acting, public speaking, movement, and debate in New York City’s top private schools for the past ten years. Ashley played a supporting role in a Sundance Official Selection film, was named a New York Times Top Ten Show leading actress, and most recently appeared as Reporter Ainsley Neil in the feature film The Final Hour, starring Eric Roberts, Clifton Powell, and Manny Perez. Alyssa Bianca
Director of Operations/Teaching Artist/Editor
Alyssa Bianca is an actor, singer, and educator based in NYC. She holds an MFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design. A Connecticut native, Alyssa was bitten by the Performing Arts bug at the ripe age of 2 when she was wrangled into a tutu for her first dance class. Alyssa brings years of teaching experience and a warm, positive energy to every classroom, creating joyful and inclusive environments where kids and creativity thrive.

Sydney Tennant
Director of Social Media/Teaching Artist
Sydney Tennant is thrilled to be a part of the Bloom team. Originally from Los Angeles, she relocated to New York in 2014. She holds degrees in International Affairs and Theater from Skidmore College and trained in Shakespearean acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. She has worked with SITI Company, the Geffen Playhouse, and the Los Angeles Drama Club in community outreach and educational programming. Sydney is a working actor and a member of the Screen Actors Guild.

Thammie Laine Quách
Director of Choreography/Teaching Artist/Editor
Thammie Laine Quách is a Vietnamese American actor born and raised in Queens, New York. She holds a BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch and has performed in theaters across the city. For the past three years, she has worked as an Arts and Crafts Specialist at Commonpoint, teaching 6th through 8th graders the many creative possibilities the world has to offer. Thammie is excited to join the Bloom team and continue growing as a teaching artist. Her acting work can be found at thammiequach.com.

Belle Lê
Social Media Assistant/Teaching Artist
Belle Lê is a Vietnamese American artist based in NYC. She earned her BFA in Acting from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Raised in San Jose, California, she discovered the magic of theater at a young age and is eager to share that magic with Bloom Performing Arts.

Nili Bassman
Teaching Artist
Nili's acting career spans roles on Broadway, television, film, Off-Broadway, commercials, print, concerts, and many leading roles in theatres across the country. She wholeheartedly believes in the power of storytelling as an inclusive unifier and confidence builder -- whether on a Broadway stage or in a children's classroom. Olivia E. Hardy
Teaching Artist
Originally from Southern New Jersey, Olivia E. Hardy is a Broadway performer and musical artist based in Brooklyn. She has worked extensively with the International Thespian Society and Broadway Cares to bring theatre education to students nationwide. Olivia is excited to join Bloom this semester.

Grant Sparr
Teaching Artist
Grant Sparr is an actor, musician, and producer from Bel Air, Maryland. Now based in New York, he has been working and auditioning consistently for the past two years. He recently appeared in the world premiere of Winning is Winning and co-produces cabarets through his company, Uh Umm Productions. When he is not performing, Grant enjoys movies and good books. Janine Mills
Teaching Artist
Born and raised in Northern Vermont, Janine Mills has spent most of her adult life in New York. Her favorite theater credits include Round and Round the Garden, Beyond Therapy, The Baby Dance, and Time Stands Still. She has appeared in independent films and numerous Columbia University MFA projects. Janine has trained at Grace Kiley Acting, Stella Adler, AMAW, John Rosenfeld Studios, Groundlings, the Batsheva Dance Company’s Gaga Intensive, and the Juilliard Extension Summer Drama Intensive. She is delighted to join Bloom and to guide students toward truthful, expressive work.

Maya Bracha
Teaching Artist
Originally from Israel, Maya Bracha moved to NYC to study acting and graduated from the Stella Adler Studio’s two-year conservatory program. She directed the solo show The Living Room and is passionate about storytelling and personal growth. Maya is excited to share that enthusiasm with Bloom students.

Will Flynn
Teaching Artist
Flynn is an actor/singer/writer originally from Houston, Texas! He graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2023 with a BFA in Performing Arts. Since moving to NYC, Will has performed Off-Off Broadway in multiple productions, directed a show at Philadelphia Fringe Festival, and performs regularly as a solo artist in multiple venues across the five boroughs. He is so excited to join Team Bloom and bring the magic of performance to young artists!

Olivia Moffa

Olivia Moffa is an actor, singer, dancer and creative from Syracuse, NY, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Nazareth University. She is also a recent graduate of the Self Generated Theatre Lab at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, where she showcased newly developed pieces with her collaborators. Recent credits: Staten Island Shakespeare Festival, Sterling Renaissance Festival, The Rev: On Tour, and the Emerging Artists Theatre Festival (NYC).

Teresa Jack
Teaching Artist
Teresa Jack is a performer, teacher, and lifelong lover of play, storytelling, and big imagination. With a background in musical theatre, dance, and voice, Teresa brings creativity, warmth, and a whole lot of fun into every class she teaches. Her favorite role was Esmeralda in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Teresa is a Connecticut native who studied theatre in Utah. She loves New York City, romantic stories, running, and trying things that challenge her. She is dog mom to a cocker spaniel!

Steven Smith
Teaching Artist
Steven Smith is an actor, director, and educator who has willingly swapped the wide open Texas skies for NYC's crowded subways, with a stop in Georgia in between to earn his MFA at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Since falling in love with performance when his kindergarten GT teacher had him devising plays before recess, Steven has worked with PreK through 12th grade (and beyond!) to inspire that same sense of wonder, creativity, and collaboration in his students.

Sanai Johnson
Teaching Artist
Sanai Johnson recently earned her BFA in Professional Theatre in her hometown in North Carolina. She discovered her love for the arts at age six through dance and now enjoys expressing herself through acting, poetry, and visual art. When she is not in the studio, she is often outdoors enjoying the sunshine.

Sharon Pearlman
Teaching Artist
Sharon Pearlman is an actor and educator with years of experience teaching performing arts to students of all ages. Alongside professional credits in Knoxville (world premiere at Asolo Rep), Rudolph the Red-Nose Reindeer (National Tour), and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter (Japan original cast), she has led diverse instruction in acting, singing, and dance, as well as specialized work in improv, devised theater, dialect work, speech and debate, and Dungeons and Dragons. A graduate of NYU Tisch (BFA) and the FSU/Asolo Conservatory (MFA), Sharon is a member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA. Learn more at www.sharonpearlman.com.

Giovanna Dalla

Giovanna Dalla Vecchia is a New York based storyteller from Brazil who believes deeply in art as a path to a healthier life. She earned her BFA in Drama with a minor in Creative Writing from NYU Tisch, completing her primary and advanced training at the Stella Adler Studio. She recently published her first bilingual poetry collection, O Meu Amor é um Pé de Amora (My Love is a Blackberry Tree). Olivia Ray
Teaching Artist
Olivia Ray (she/they) is an actor-playwright and other theatrical labels. They currently work as the Assistant Box Office Manager at Classic Stage Company. The love of her life is Benjamin, her obnoxious cat. When not involved with the stage, she is a huge crafter: painting, needle felting, sewing, embroidery, and scrapbooking.

Fabi Vargas
Teaching Artist
Fabi Vargas is a Peruvian actor, singer, and aerial dancer based in New York City. Born and raised in Lima, she has a deep love for the beach, road trips, and Peruvian cuisine. After years of experience in Peru, she moved to New York in 2023 to continue her training at the Stella Adler Studio, where she is a proud graduate. Fabi is also an English as a second language teacher who helps students learn through play. She is excited to share her passion with Bloom.

Chelsea Calfo

Chelsea Calfo is a young creative living in NYC who finds joy guiding the next generation into a love for the arts and teamwork! She is a 2022 graduate of the Univeristy of North Carolina School of The Arts.

John Viggiano
Teaching Artist
John Viggiano is an actor, writer, and director based in New York City. He grew up in the suburbs of Austin, Texas, and began performing at ZACH Theatre. He earned his BFA in Musical Theatre from Rider University, where he performed extensively and directed, choreographed, and music directed numerous student productions. Since graduating, he has performed with MTWichita, workshopped for Signature Theatre, performed dueling pianos for RWS Entertainment aboard the MSC Seashore, and created work with Broadway Dreams.

Max Evans
Teaching Artist
Max Evans is a NJ/NYC based Actor/Stage Manager/Many Other Nouns with a BFA in Acting from Syracuse University. Recent performance credits include Our Town at American Theatre Group (Howie Newsome), The Mighty Four at Vivid Stage (Zach/Others), Footloose at Pines Dinner Theatre (Willard), American Idiot at Actors Studio NJ (Theo), Tick Tick … Boom (Jon). Hannah V. Boyens

Hannah V. Boyens grew up in Spencer, Iowa, and moved to New York City in 2022 to pursue film, music, and theatre. She holds a BFA in Film Production from Oklahoma City University and a BA in Music, and has written and directed several short films and plays. Hannah is grateful to join Bloom and believes helping others create art is one of life’s most rewarding experiences.
